Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bosnia

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

The house and the host were perfect.

We stayed in Ivana's house for one night with out two children. We enjoyed every moment there. Its location on top of the hill and the direct contact to the nature reminded us our childhood. We absolutely recommend this accomodation. Ivana is very kind and helpful and the communication with her was flawless.

The view from this apartment is to die for😍 Very peaceful place in a quiet and private area yet v near to the old town which has lots of shops, places to go & things to do. We did not use the kitchen much but we think the kitchen facilities can do with better equipment and upgrade(for those who wish to cook) The rest of the facilities were alright. We spent much time at the top terrace watching people enjoying themselves at the river & the best part - watching divers diving off the bridge ( really close up view). Stay here if you love views & peaceful environment.👍🏼

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. Really good value for such a beautiful place to stay. Overlooking the Neretva, with easy access to rafting companies, walks, Tito’s bunker and Konjic itself. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and a lovely house with all you might need.

I cannot express how great of a location this accommodation is! Opening the shutters every morning and being able to see the Stari Most was a privilege and something we won’t forget :) Great communication from the host too!

Nermin is a great host! Very patient and helpful. His apartment is perfectly located. A short walk to the Old Town and all the main sights. Easy access to public transportation. Private parking was crucial. We did not want to drive around the congested city. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for the two of us. Very clean. Wonderful patio to take in the city and mountain views. Quiet night sleep. Good shower and well appointed kitchen. It was a winning experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Adin's place shocked us; the photos don't do the view justice, the space was beyond comfortable, and our host went above and beyond whenever we needed anything at all (answered straight away to every message). The apartment is located in the best part of town, with a view of Stari Most if you're tall enough ;) just beware, to get to such a view, there is quite a number of stairs to reach the top; my parents managed it, but they were quite tired after each journey. Either way, all of us would come back ASAP! You would find it very hard to find anything closer to the bridge/old town than this.

AGAIN: I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is located right in the center, making it incredibly convenient to find everything I needed nearby, including long walking alley (Vilsonovo šetalište), equally preciouses to my and my dog. The apartment itself is very cozy and really nice designed, with well chosen details to make you feel at home, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing after a long day. If you find climbing to the 5th floor a little challenge, please be sure it will pay off. The view from the roof top terrasse, might make you change your daily plans at some point and simply stay at home enjoying it. Emina and Gorčin are the hosts you dream about; helpful, and even beyond well known Bosnian hospitality - what ever you need, they will find the way to ensure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended. Especially if you have a dog. Mine, celebrating her birthday there - is more the grateful and happy, too.

If you arrive by car, the accommodation is perfect. The parking in front of the apartment is private and protected and the old town is within walking distance. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I can only recommend it ☺️

Adnan was an amazing host! He readily greeted us and showed us the layout of the apartment. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding Mostar and I loved chatting with him about the history. The apartment itself was stunning and the view of the Neretva river was perfect. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

A definite recommendation for this place. It's located within walking distance to Sarajevo old town in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood near the river. The communication with the host was excellent. We received helpful advice and clear instructions regarding the location, check in process and interesting activities in Sarajevo.

The staff here are absolutely brilliant, they really went out of their way to help us find the apartment and were very friendly and polite. The apartment has a fabulous view of the river and is 5 minutes walk from the old town. The apartment was clean, with fabulous amenities and is very spacious. The balcony has a brilliant view of the river. We were even given a lift to the train station and the staff here could do enough to help us. We'd love to come back here again. Very much in the city centre... Negative We parked 50 meter away from flat and had to pay 74€ for 34 hours...A complete rip off It's seems like an official car park but is actually a private one Asked her for parking but unfortunately did not get any help or a warning

The moment I stepped foot into her apartment I felt right at home. From the beautiful art work and flowers. Zorica was extra responsive. Thanks you again for opening your doors and letting me enjoy this private quite space. Well renovated unit. Till I see u again be blessed... ❤️

good view, in front of the house is a football field on which children often play, that is part of this village irt just, you have to walk a few meters downhill to get to the lake and walk past the beautiful church. supermarket and touri info just a few meters away. all important tourist info brochures can be found in the apartment, very nice apartment, beautiful view

The location of the apartment is amazing. It's walking distance to Baščaršija and most other places. Safe location. It’s also close to the tram line. The apartment is really big and comfortable and the view is wonderful. I had no issues with heating or cooling. Shower was perfectly hot. We could also use the washing machine which was a big plus. Note: there’s no elevator in the building, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. Adisa is a fantastic host. She responded kindly and quickly to all my questions and was especially helpful with finding a taxi. If I come back, I would definitely stay in this apartment again. 🤍

I loved my stay here! Mak was super friendly, responsive, and communicative from the start—making everything seamless and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautifully designed: modern, stylish, and exceptionally well appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not be better — just steps from all the major attractions in Sarajevo and some really good cafes and eateries right around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!
