The dimensions of the double bed are 160x200 and a sofa that folds out. Comfortable desk. Kitchen table and 4 chairs. In the sauna there is a boiler, a shower cabin 90x90, a washing machine. Complete set of household appliances: TV (cable TV), refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer. Also there is Internet (WiFi) in the apartment.

The apartment is located in the center of the Rusanovka district, an artificial island surrounded by water. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants. Окна панорамные в пол. До центра Киева 15 мин на метро, до метро из дома 2 мин. Берег Днепра - пешком. Паркинг дома можно использовать как бомбоубежище. Размещение - 1-2 взрослых + дети. При отключениях света работает генератор (лифт, вода, отопление, интернет(нужен павербанк , свет в общих зонах дома).
