Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Relax and recharge your batteries in a semi-secluded cabin. You will be surrounded by a meadow, a forest and a small stream. You will sleep in the treetops, read a book by the fire or in an armchair with a view and the sauna will strengthen your immunity. Private sauna is already included in the price. For those who need to work, there is Wifi and a work space at the table in the living room or outside on the terrace. The cottage has electricity, a flush toilet and hot & cold water.

A carefully restored historic farmhouse stands by the old castle. Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and its own terrace. 2 rooms available + kitchenette. In the bedroom, there is a large king-size double bed, a second single bed and a large TV. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee. The bathroom is fully equipped. Parking is free on the premises.
