There is a loft as you can see, and the ceiling height in the bedroom is 140 cm. It may not seem like much, but there is air and you are comfortable sitting and lying down. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, and there is a washing machine & dryer for clothes.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
