Master Bedroom The master bedroom is stylishly furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe room, a TV, blackout curtains, and USB sockets on both sides of the bed. A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed on the ceiling for your safety. A folding single bed is available for an additional 3rd/4th guest, along with a changing table, a lightweight stroller, toys, and books for children. Bathroom The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub, a hairdryer with diffuser, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience. The Terrace The large terrace offers an exclusive and relaxing space, featuring an automated pergola with dimmable lighting. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a relaxation area, and a utility room with a washing machine, detergents, a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. External Services On the ground floor, there is an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery, with both hot and cold water, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach. The ground floor area, including the driveway and automatic gate, is shared with the owners and serves solely as a passage and uncovered parking. The available bicycles can be freely used to explore the surroundings.
