Cosy family cottage with an amazing mountain view one hour drive from Reykjavík. Three bedrooms with double beds plus a floor mattress in the attic. Fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, living-room & bathroom with a washing machine. Fast Wi-Fi Netflix & Apple TV. Excellent terrace & Weber BBQ gas grill. Perfect in the winter with central heating. Opportunity to watch the Northern lights. The cottage is in a private gated area 15 min drive from Borgarnes village which has all necessary services.

Contemporary Farmhouse With Amazing Views

Contemporary farmhouse with sauna and a great selection of books on a private 700 hectare property outside Borgarnes on the way to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Approached via a two kilometre private road - this is as secluded a place as you can find. You will cancel your plans and not want to leave the house. The landscape is magnificent as are the views in all directions. Two small lakes are home to a variety of birds including a pair of eagles who visit in late summer and throughout winter.

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. We are located in the center of a trip to Snæfellsens National park, West-fjords and if you want to travel to the North side of Iceland or in Borgarfjörður. The camper is heated with water and built to use in winter time in down to minus 30 degrees. The kitchen has every thing you need to cook. Out side there is a hot tub and a shower with geothermal water.
