Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. It has a kitchen and utensils, fridge, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom, air conditioning, large veranda with table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner in absolute relaxation. You can also use a shared washing machine and barbecue and large free shaded parking on site. Wi-Fi The apartment does not accommodate pets.

Zio Pippi sotto le Stelle is a lovely studio apartment in the historic centre of Spongano, 5km from Castro Marina. It is located on the upper floor of a structure built on several levels, so it is necessary to climb stairs to access it. It shares the main entrance with two other flats, both located on the lower floor. It is embellished by the Lecce stone flooring and the typical ‘star vault’ ceiling, a typical construction of the Salento region, which makes the room more spacious and airy.
