The small Falgouet is a T2 type apartment of 45m2 with a bedroom with a 140 bed and a convertible BZ 120 in the living room, located on the ground floor of a upstairs house. It benefits from its outdoor terrace area with views of the small park. The apartment is located 500m from the beach between the Betey and the Mauret. Within a radius of 500 m there are all the small necessary shops: bakery, small grocery store, tabac-presse, bike rental etc... The pedestrian streets are 20 minutes away.

Completely refurbished, tastefully decorated, benefiting from a private garden and equipped with a garden set, 2 deckchairs, a barbecue and a bike shelter. Ideally located close to shops, transport, bike path (77 km to stroll around the bay, from Cap Ferret to Arcachon) and golf 3 km away, the beach is a 5-minute walk. We cannot accept pets.

Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a house of character. On the waterfront, you can admire the exceptional view of the Arcachon basin. Perfectly located; on the beach, in a quiet area and close to all amenities. You'll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor spaces, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, single people. Lots of tourist sites to visit in the surroundings.
