Holiday houses in Boranci

Wonderful stay. Clean, cozy, and easy to get to the ski area with a car. Restaurants nearby. The two level apartment was more than enough space for the 5 of us. Kids loved the fireplace and having their own room. We stayed for 5 days and main purpose was skiing. Place was big enough to keep our skis but we ended up getting ski lockers on ski site. Busses also stopped right in front of the building to take people to ski, we opted for driving. Markets were close and walkable to pick up food or anything we needed. Five stars for host and her prompt responses for any questions we had. Truly a wonderful host and a wonderful place. I would one thousand percent stay here again and recommend to everyone. The house was as described and Dimitrii has been an excellent host. We have been able to communicate very easily and he has always been very helpful. The place was great, clean, spacious and with all modern appliances. You need to drive 10-15 minutes to the slopes but you have restaurants, spas and grocery stores within walking distance. I would book again anytime.

The apartment itself is very cute and it's located just 15' from the central ski center spot. In general, we really liked the place and it's worth staying. There were only a couple of inconveniences. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned properly. After communicating this with Bojan, a person came to clean the next day. Nevertheless, reading the rest of the comments, I believe that this not the norm and we were the "lucky" ones. Also the bed mattresses were very thin and not very comfortable so we stacked two mattresses on each bed which made the situation better.

The place is great .. the downside was that instructions were in Serbian and it was a big struggle to open garage or control panels, etc. rest all was fine and as described .. all facilities were functioning ..

Nice and cozy apartment. Spacey and worm in winter time. Perfect location if you come to visit Vrnjacke Terme. Djordje is super host, provided me all details how to find, park and get in (parking is included). I've booked apartment just 3 hours before check in and it was absolutely no problem. Best match price and comfort

The house is in a great location, 5-10 min walk from the center of Vrnjačka Banje, at the beginning of the pine forest. Everything is as described and as pictured. It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has an inverter air conditioning and additional heaters. The house also has a balcony and a beautifully landscaped yard. Parking is possible in front of the house itself. Tiana was friendly and quick to answer all of our questions during her stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again.

Thank you so much to Frasher. She showed tremendous attention throughout our stay. Instructions for check-in were sufficient, there is a space in front of the house where you can put a car. It was a very nice touch for them to prepare the stove for us at the entrance. Although it is a village house, it is kept as modern as it can be. Hot water is constantly available (unless the electricity goes out) We had a power outage on our last day but the house was prepared for that. There were plenty of candles and liters of water against a water outage (with electricity being cut off). They had also stored enough wood for our stay for us. Thank you again for all your interest. We had a lovely stay. We were so lucky to have such a beautiful view for this price and also being able to be away from the neighbors. If we come back to Kosovo, I would definitely like to stay here:)
