Brand new apartment. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shops between 0.2 and 0.5 miles away. Checking in was easy - keypad entry, so no fobs or keys to lose or return at checkout. Responsive hosts. Easy, quick access to I-65 and thence to Indianapolis and Carmel. Westfield is about 15 miles away the other way.

AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!! This house was perfect for two families traveling in town for the Indy500! Ideal location to avoid traffic exiting the speedway on race day! House was super clean and very well equipped! Host thought of all the details! Outdoor space was immaculate!! Quiet neighborhood. House was perfect size, privacy for everyone, and the well equipped kitchen was a great size for our group of 10 to gather! Plenty of towels for the whole group! Kids loved all the amenities: hot tub, pool table, ping pong, tic-tac-toe, etc. This house is a GEM!!

Our group loved staying at McKenzie’s bnb. It was in a nice and quiet location and her communication was always great. I never waited more than 20 minutes for a response!

I was in the area for a basketball tournament with 4 teenage boys and my daughter. The entire house was perfect and nicely laid out. The bedrooms were nice sized, beds super comfortable, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home is very close to the grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The washer and dryer worked great and helped me not have to smell 4 teenage boys. Haha. The kitchen had everything I needed and I cooked several meals. The host was super friendly and responsive. I'd definitely stay at this property again!

Cute place and exactly as advertised. Lots of thoughtful little touches like a phone charger, hair stuff and lots of lotions and things.

Rapha was a great host commutated well and was very nice. A friend and I stay for 5 nights without complaints. The house was clean and had a lot of space.

Beautiful, spacious home fully furnished with everything a family or group could need. Easily walkable to Downtown Zionsville, beautiful backyard and spacious living areas. It was PERFECT for our family.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and comfortable place! As advertised, and an extremely comfortable bed.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
