For me, who loves the mountains and likes to go for walks, the Jo Dong-ri Alps is a place where the European Alps are not envious.   Imdo, polished on the 7-800 heights, is a delight to taste. The accommodation is at 450 heights, and it takes 40 minutes to walk to the entrance of the 700 heights promenade, and 5 minutes to drive.   It is best to take a short 5 minute drive up.  The night sky is great and full of stars. If you lie on a weightless chair in the yard and look at the stars, you can see shooting stars and dancing fireflies. It's not crowded with famous tourist attractions or pensions, so it's not crowded. Even if you turn 360 degrees in the courtyard, you can make deep relaxation and memories in the nature where you can see all the mountains. The building is connected, but it consists of a separate entrance, toilet, and self-catering facility, so you can have an independent stay (Netflix is available). Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area, so you can also have a barbecue experience with the electric grill (no charcoal/bonfire due to the risk of wildfires). If you come with children, you can also experience the season with owners such as the rural grandmother and grandpa. It is not spacious, so we recommend up to 2 adults and 2 children. If you are more than 3 adults, it is narrow. We will also prepare breakfast for those who apply for a home cooked meal such as mom's rice (excluding charges). It is a village entrance next to a wide road, but it is about 50 meters away from the private house, so it is a non-face-to-face private accommodation. Reservations after September are available on Naver, and inquiries should be made via Instagram DM. This is a 65-year-old hanok house in Jukrim, Yecheon, 🏡 Gyeongsangbuk-do. In 2021, this long-standing vacant home was repaired with experts for six months. Jukrim Week () means the week of travelers.
