We are 3 minutes drive from Belle-Mare & 10 minutes drive from Trou D'eau Douce, home to 2 stunning beaches. We are also within a 15-minutes’ drive to two renowned 18-hole golf courses, a nautical center, and the famous town of Flacq. The area also provides easy access to essential amenities, including shops, dining options, and pharmacies.

Ce studio indépendant, chez l'habitant, est idéalement situé à 200 mètres d’une belle forêt propice aux promenades, mais également à proximité de nombreuses attractions; sites culturels, restaurants, shopping, plages…tout est à quelques tours de roues ! C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visites ou à la plage. Le studio confortable est entièrement équipé avec un grand lit double, une salle de bains, une kitchenette et une terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin paisible.

Cozy

Newly built apartment on first floor with two bedrooms equipped with A/C, spacious living room with tv, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, whereas the ground floor is occupied by my family and I. The house is located 20mins drive to the Belle Mare public beach and 5mins walk to the pier, where you can take ferry boat to ile aux cerf(small island in the east coast famous for its beaches and water activities). It is ideal for a couple and includes a double bed, a kitchenette, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. It’s large front glass door gives you a direct view and access to the lagoon.
