There is a private jetty and boat that can be disposed of (25hp). The boat does not require the boat driver test, but we will require users to have experience with boat. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house.
