Burn Brae Sunset Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cosy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided.

Rachel's Cottage.

Rachel's Cottage was built my my great grandfather around 1898. The family lived there until my great Aunty Rae died in 1986. We repurchased it in 2004 in a very derelict state. We have renovated the cottage, keeping the original style as much as possible. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible via a small covered verandah. We welcome a pet or two but there are strict conditions for this and approval must be sought first.

FarmStay Oakhurst Cottage Deepwater

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.

Please be mindful before you book that if it rains road will be closed and 4wd will be needed to gain access if conditions allow via different directions. Bald Rock Station is approximately 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Tenterfield. We are nestled nearby Boonoo Boonoo & Bald Rock national parks & a short drive to Giraween. There are a plethora of bushwalks & waterfalls to discover or just sit back & be entertained by the wildlife on our property.
