Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Panorama House Lipno

Panorama House Lipno is a luxurious place where time stands still and you won't want for anything, ideal for relaxing while enjoying a panoramic view of the Lipno Dam. We pride ourselves on loyalty and discretion – here, it's just you, the fireplace and the hot tub! An outdoor hot tub for 24-hour use is included in the rental. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are always clean. Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The standout feature of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while they're away.

An ideal place for couples, loners or anyone who wants to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

TinyHouse Wild West

Experience the freedom of the Wild West! Tiny House Wild West stands right above a pond in the middle of pastures, where cows roam freely and the peace is disturbed only by the crackling of fire. Relax in a hot tub with a massage system, swim in a pond or try to catch your own fish. Tanned wood, the smell of nature and complete privacy - here you are only you, nature and freedom. And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Modern villa with hot tub and home theater

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, so it has direct access to the garden. The dominant feature of Kovárna is its original brick vaults and hearth, which give the rooms a unique look. Two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room make Kovárna the perfect apartment for a large family or a group of friends. Six guests can sleep comfortably here. Maximum capacity up to eight guests. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Forget your worries - enjoy the quiet and spacious accommodation. For wellness lovers, relax after hiking in the hot tub. You have everything you need here. In 500 m you are at the next small beach, landing place for the 2 boats that are freely available to you. In 200 m in the supermarket and the best soft ice cream is just around the corner! 6 bicycles are ready for you plus 3 for the very small guests. Pick fruits in the garden, cherries, plums, apples and blackberries.🍎🍒

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov
