The house is located in Førevik on Bokn, 5 km from Arvågen ferry dock, where the ferry goes, which takes you over to/ from Stavanger, and we are located 35 km from Haugesund. The house is built in 1932 but is upgraded eventually and today has a standard that we are used to having at home. The property is located 150m from the sea, good fishing grounds, and a shop. There are lovely hiking trails around us, and Bokna Mountain with its height of 293 meters above sea level, has a gravel road up and has to be experienced. Boat can be available by agreement

Easily accessible from the E39 between Haugesund and Stavanger. 10 min drive to Arsvågen ferry dock, 20 min to Karmøy and 30 min to Haugesund city center. It is an older house located on an island with great views and good sun conditions. The house is freely located in rural surroundings with little traffic, large garden, nice outdoor areas and good parking. Great for families with children and others who want to enjoy peace and quiet. Good starting point for day trips to e.g. Stavanger, Preikestolen, Himakånå, Karmøy and Haugalandet.

Private hiking trail from the house to Hognåsen, a mountain with a great view. Great opportunities for fishing in the sea and water. The house has an associated shoreline. Good starting point for day trips to e.g. Stavanger, the Pulpit Rock, Karmøy and Haugesund. The house is only 10 minutes from E39 and 10 minutes from Arsvågen ferry dock. Boat of 14-15 feet with overhangs can be rented from May 1, 2025.

Badstuen ligger like ved sjøhuset og kan leies som tillegg for en ekstra avslappende opplevelse. Vi tilbyr også utleie av kajakker, SUP-brett og våtdrakter, samt flotte turmuligheter på gården – blant annet topptur til Hognåsen. På gården driver vi med bærekraftig produksjon og selger egne egg, Wagyu-Angus kjøtt, samt grønnsaker i sesong.

Welcome to Sjøperlå. The cabin is designed like a traditional boathouse and is situated right on the water's edge. You can spend your days fishing directly from the private dock or from a boat available for rent. The terrace is enclosed to shield against the wind. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped cabin, nicely furnished with everything you need and with a nice view from all the rooms. There is also a private sauna where you can warm up before or after a swim from the dock.

relaxing and natur on Rennesøy, Stavanger

Rennesøy, an idyllic village north of Stavanger, boasts a fantastic location that invites you to rest and relax. Explore the surrounding area, the sea, the small marinas, and many great hiking areas, many of which are easily accessible on foot. A grocery store with a pharmacy is centrally located in the cozy village of Vikevåg, just a 5-minute drive away. There you'll also find a pizzeria, a secondhand shop, and a small, cozy marina, perfect for relaxing and observing.

Large and warm property with lots of room for play and fun, and barbecue / fire outside. There is a great hiking terrain outside the door and with a short distance to several great trips. The cabin is a short distance to the sea, where you can find many nice coves for looking for crab, lobster buck, shrimp and for swimming.

Welcome to our family cottage on the seafront at Bokn! A unique gem with great space for accommodation, terrace, fishing, barbecues, swimming and coziness. Outdoor areas in the north and south that often have a warm place to enjoy outside even when the wind is on. A place we thrive very much, but several nice hikes in the nearby area, while not far from Stavanger and Haugesund.

Here on the islands there is a lot to discover such as rock paintings, bunker complexes, an adventure park for children, a monastery, hiking tours and much more. Our place is ideal for families (with children), couples, traveling alone and also a dog is welcome
