Booked the villa for a second time and the experience was great! The villa is located in a very peaceful surrounding and was exactly as described. Dolly was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time at Marie's place. Wishlist of our trip for accommodation but also the place! everything was great! the apartment, the terrace, the air conditioning in the bedrooms, very few mosquitoes. In addition, Marie's mom prepared us to eat every night and it was super good! I would highly recommend this additional service. Village du Morne is very nice, with a few local restaurants to eat, a few convenience stores. We'll come back to this address!

Stayed here during our holiday to Mauritius, we wanted a night on the west coast for the sunset and you can see that without leaving the balcony. Ms Sheela showed us around and explained everything. Lots of lovely little homely touches like beer in the fridge and soft drinks, toiletries, and even binoculars even to try and spot whales/ dolphins. Patio is huge plenty of space , hosts replied to messages promptly and always answered any questions. Ms sheela and pothano were very accommodating and adaptable to any amendments throughout. We would 100% recommend and happily stay here for a full holiday.

The stay was fabulous. We were 3 girls and each had her own room, towels for beach and showers were provided, there is a hair dryer. The place is exactly like the pictures and even better. The terrace was perfect for the morning coffee and the jacuzzi was the best for seeing the sunset. There are multiple restaurants around, some of them close early so plan in advance, there is a surf spot and diving center nearby, a public beach (walking distance 2 mns), a coffee shop too so the location is great. A general advise to enjoy Mauritius is to rent a car, we did that and it’s a must to be able to roam around. We had an underground parking so no issues with parking. There is also a big supermarket beside the apartment so you can buy all your stuff, Roxy and quicksilver shops too. Highly recommend this place and Paul was super responsive and very helpful, we loved our stay and we would stay again here.

The place is just amazing to have some beautiful and excellent holidays in Mauritius. It is situated in a safe area, a gold estate, and there are 2 restaurants in the area. A boat is available for the guest to go to the Île aux cerfs every 30 minutes, a peaceful island, very quiet where you can stay all day (there is also a restaurant there). Every place you want to go can be done by walk (if you like that) or by car. Cecile’s house looks like the photo : beautiful and well furnished, you feel like home but with this touch of modern !! Ni neighbour because open space in front of the pool. The weather is not certain in Mauritius, but we had a chance to have sunny days so we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Cecile for your kindness and your responsiveness.

Marvin's home was excellent, and he was especially accommodating. I requested an early check in after a long flight from the US, and they were more than happy to make it happen. It was an easy arrival and check in was smooth via a key box. I was very grateful. The house is true to the photos, and there's plenty of space. It's a very modern design, with plenty of lighting and furniture. Having two air conditioners was perfect for the African sun as well. For an AirBnb in a prime part of the island, it's worth every penny. The price is very reasonable, and you get a safe, spacious accommodation in a highly sought after area. I would just recommend that guests rent a car, as the roads do not have sidewalks and can be pretty dangerous for pedestrians. Given that the supermarkets/beaches were about a 30 min walk away (SuperU/Grand Baie and Wonders/Pereybere), it can be a bit inconvenient to not have a car. Nothing against the property, just an FYI for travelers here.

We were in this beautiful accommodation for the first days of our trip and felt right at home. We would have preferred to stay there for the entire trip. Marie Lou and her husband were great hosts - friendly, helpful and communicative. There were even welcome treats, how sweet! The accommodation had everything you need, both in the living area, bedroom, kitchen, as well as outside. The accommodation has the perfect location: just around the corner (we had a car) are numerous nature reserves with great hiking opportunities, beautiful beaches, great and delicious restaurants (Nomad & Vanilla Village were super good!), lots of good shopping and a great neighborhood. We thought that you somehow "have to" go to a fancy hotel for your honeymoon, but to be honest, it was even nicer and more private in the AirBnb. We would definitely come back!
