On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Designed for 2 to 5 people, Salonik is just as good for a romantic chillout for two as well as for a family trip out of town. The Salonik apartment with an independent entrance from the outside is a space of approx. 45 m2 of an adapted attic in an old, Sudeten barn.
