We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. Największą przyjemność sprawia siedzenie na tapicerowanym parapecie lub w hamaku i patrzenie na las, łąkę i przemykającą zwierzynę. Mamy też grillu i ognisku. Koniecznie wybierzcie się w góry. Zwiedzić można od nas całą Kotlinę. Jesteśmy idealnym miejscem wypadowym. Upieczemy dla Was domowy chleb.

A unique place hidden in a birch grove on the edge of a recreational village at the foot of the Owl Mountains. A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

A cozy cottage in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley created for those who want to relax and be in contact with nature. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. A private wood-fired hot tub and barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable holiday. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. This is where the road ends and the real relaxation begins.

The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.
