The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

The Füge Cabin on the Rozmaring Estate is a unique, nature-friendly accommodation on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, where both active recreation and quiet retreat lovers will find themselves. This is the Hungarian Tuscany itself, among the vineyards with a wonderful panorama, with the song of cicadas. If required, a two-view tour gift is available. Two bicycles can be used for free. It is located 8-10 minutes from the shore and 5 minutes from the shops on foot. There are 2 cats on the property, so no pets are allowed.

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

The Dévai-LUX Apartment is located in the center of Sárvár, on a quiet street. The apartment building was handed over in 2020. We recommend our apartment for those who want to relax and relax. A house built in 1778, which has recently been renovated, while retaining traditional building materials, is for rent. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.
