Stayed in this property for Eid holiday with family (6 adults and 1 kid), the property was really clean, the pool was pristine. location is good only like 3 mins to Taman Budaya (with lots of resto option), and around 10mins to Aeon mall, nearby the villa is also minimarket. The kitchen equipment is quite complete if you plan to cook during your stay, but maybe the host needs to change the sponge for washing dishes and some pans (cz they are not really in good condition anymore). But overall we had good time to staying in Dave’s property

Very comfortable staycation here. starting from the flexible check in time. the house is very tidy. the amenities are in accordance with the number of guests, towels, toiletries, cutlery, cooking utensils, blankets, blankets. the atmosphere of the house is also very quiet, many neighbors' pet cats are clean and polite. in the morning is very close if you want to visit the Kuntum Field Nurseries, it's perfect for kids and toddlers to get to know pets around us. parking is very safe, because one area with Kuntum Field was, we were given free parking vouchers to get in and out of the vehicle. The air conditioners all work. there is a musholla room to pray together. Netflix and such are also smooth. Wifi gacoooorrrrrr. ma'am Yanti is very helpful. healthy and continued success for the Host.

Honestly, this villa was one of the best stays I’ve experienced. Everything you might need is available from kitchen tools to a great entertainment system all was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The place was also very clean and well-maintained. Aji was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Just a small note (mainly for Gulf visitors): the area is a bit far from the main attractions and activities, so if you’re planning to go out frequently, you might want to consider the driving time. However, if your goal is to relax and enjoy your time at the villa, you’ll absolutely love every moment.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Overall the place is good, tidy, clean, the cooking equipment is complete, but for the bathroom the handheld bidet needs to be repaired because sometimes the water can't be stopped

Comfortable enough for a small family vacation. Actually, it's more suitable for single people/ halal couples. If you bring a small child, especially a toddler, it's not very friendly. The host is very helpful. The bathroom is very cramped. But the facilities and prices offered are appropriate 😊

I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.

the room is very well cleaned, smells good and tidy. the room also provides wide selections of foods for cooking such as oil, tea, spices, herbs, chili sauce, noodle, and even cheese! impressed by how it is prepared to comfort the guests and to make it feel like home. when we had difficulties with the portable stove, Arik even came to the unit to help us personally and replace the gas, very helpful indeed. thank you for the hospitality during our stay!

We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.
