The river is beautiful! Can spend all day walking down it and watching the fish and large variety of birds! A really great spot for skipping rocks and just enjoying nature!

This house was clean and organized very private and also our kids loved the pool and game room and had a lot of space to run around outside.

Cute little cottage just to ourselves! Loved the peace and quiet and the location was MINUTES away from Fiesta Texas which is why we were visiting San Antonio! We would absolutely stay here again when we come back and visit! Thank you Mayra!

I decided to do a mini staycation. So I wanted a place with a pool and large yard so we could just hang out for a couple of days. Huasong’s place was perfect! Everything listed was accurate. Bonus, pool came with floats & floating volleyball net and basketball hoop already inflated! We used the fire pit to make s’mores! It was great having a bbq pit to use. The kids enjoyed the air hockey and mini golf. There is also workout equipment in garage. What it doesn’t have are tv’s in the bedrooms, but that might be a good thing!

It was a wonderful stay with lots of well thought out accommodations and amenities. Lots of space to spread out for our family of four plus our dogs to be comfortable and have down time from all the activities around town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed it. Phillip was a gracious, proactive host always checking to make sure everything was good before, during and after our stay.

This was my second time staying at this amazing place, and it won’t be the last! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Hill Country, close to all the best shopping and fun spots like Wimberley. After a fun day out, coming back to this clean, fresh, and super cozy home was just what I needed. The host was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was such a nice bonus. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next stay!

We booked this place for the privacy and the unique bathrooms and were not disappointed! This place is super secluded with a private pool and spa that overlooks the dry blanco river bed. We hiked thru the ravine and saw deer, lizards and just about every species of migratory bird in the area. The painted buntings were literally singing to us from the trees above the pool, so that alone made the trip for us! We book for nature and privacy and this spot checked all our boxes and then some. My family had a great stay, worked very well for our needs. Property was clean and very functional, excellent location for the Boerne - San Antonio I-10 corridor.

Peaceful and private place right in town makes it very easy to walk to main street and all that Boerne offers. We had a great time. The home was very nice too!

Ellen was really great meeting us and showing us how to use everything including the generator. The generator will run for about 7 hours on one tank but there was extra gas for when we needed it. We were able to cook inside as well. The spot is lovely and peaceful, 2 mins from Bandera center. You can also walk or drive down to the river front which was a nice place to get out of the sun.

I had the best time staying at the airstream. It’s such a cozy stay and great escape from Austin. Definition of glamping. It honestly has everything you need and the town is 5 mind away. I slept amazing too. 10/10! Testimonial: “Marlena needs a raise.” - my bf who loved his stay 5.17.25

My husband and I LOVED it! Our stay there was so beautiful, quite and peaceful! I had questions and Karen got back to me quickly! We're planning on making it an annual trip! can't wait till next time! And Diane's bread was so delicious!

Great place for some RR! We felt like we were gone for a week! The bed was super comfortable, best sleep! Our dog loved the open yard to play fetch. Every morning we woke up to deer and tons of unique birds. Boerne in general is a quaint city to visit and close to other destinations such as San Antonio or Fredrickburg. Guadalupe River State Park also was close and great place to enjoy tubing. We are looking forward to returning in the Fall!

We had a lovely stay at Wendy’s home in Boerne! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Located just minutes from downtown Boerne with lots of great shops and restaurants. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful area and the casita was a perfect space with everything you could need and more. Updated and clean with plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets and more. Hosts were friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
