This listing is truly a gem. It's very easy to walk to the attractions in the city center, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Bálint is an excellent host as well! He provided clear instructions, and was always responsive when needed. I definitely recommend this to anyone!

Tolle Wohnung, ideale Lage für Sightseeingtour in Budapest, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr viele Geschäfte/ Restaurants in der Nähe.Wir haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Bäder großer Bonus .Ich kam mit mit meiner 13 Jährigen Tochter Nachts an , haben uns in der Gegend sofort sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, alles was in der Beschreibung steht ,ist sauber und reichlich vorhanden. Phuong bietet einen zuverlässigen einwandfreien Service an ( konkrete einfache Anweisungen/ ) reagiert bei Bedarf zügig, sehr hilfreich . Hat tolle Tipps . Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, falls wir wieder nach Budapest kommen, werden wir ohne jegliche Bedenken uns erneut für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Bardzo ładny, drewniany dom na uboczu. Blisko lasu i natury, także blisko jeziora Orawskiego. Duży ogród z wielką altaną, miejscem do grillowania i jacuzzi. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony - w kuchni było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy na kilkudniowy pobyt. Jednak uważam, że w więcej niż 4 osoby może tam być trochę za ciasno - miejsc do spania jest sporo, ale dzienna przestrzeń wspólna jest dość niewielka. Brakowało też niektórych podstawowych rzeczy (na przykład mieliśmy wyłącznie dwie rolki papieru toaletowego - a spędziliśmy tam 3 noce w 4 osoby) - nie było to szczególnie uciążliwe, bo w promieniu 10 minut jazdy autem jest sporo sklepów, ale trochę zaskakujące. Dodatkowo warto też wspomnieć, że Internet jest bardzo wolny i nieprzewidywalny (wiem, że to ważne dla niektórych nawet na łonie natury :)). Ale to tylko drobiazgi, spędziliśmy naprawdę miły weekend relaksując się w jacuzzi i spacerując po okolicy. Dodatkowo, Diana jest miłą osobą, powitała nas osobiście i odpowiadała na pytania :)

Andreas was very helpful and informative about the apartment, how to get there from the airport, etc. The apartment was clean and spacious (for 3), it's a nice apartment with lots of character and everything worked. I would recommend staying here if you're visiting Budapest and want a place that's central and reasonably priced.

I booked this accommodation for my parents and they had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in an amazing location. David was a great host – communication was excellent, he was always ready to help, shared lots of great local tips, and made sure everything was just right. It truly made their trip even more special. Highly recommended!

Sunny apartment in a beautiful house in the center

We totally loved our stay here! The apartment was even bigger than we thought, only the kitchen was a bit small, but we didn't mind it since we didn't really need to use it anyway. But there is everything you need - fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, kettle...just everything. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for two people (and still with some space left!). Everything was clean and great. Charlie gave us great instructions on everything and even left a paper with recommendations (and a map) on the table, so we had some great tips for restaurants! He was also very kind and responsive. He even let us check-in earlier which I really appreciated. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for shorter or longer stays!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Clean, stylish, very well equipped and full of character. Tamas and Orsi seem to have thought through everything you could possibly need when staying in Budapest - umbrellas if wet, guide books and maps, drying rack for washing, spare sliders for spa visit etc. The apartment is very cleverly designed and finished to a high standard. We really appreciated the attention to detail such as the lovely bathroom tiles and the stylish little espresso cups and saucers which we enjoyed using whilst admiring the views from the balcony. Tamas and Orsi were responsive hosts and on hand to answer any queries or questions. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to both the castle and the river front and conveniently placed for metro links. Cafes, bars and supermarket all within a few minutes walk too. Highly recommend to others.

We had a great stay. Hosts were super friendly. It was very clean and comfortable. Although it was very hot, there isn’t any AC, only a ventillator, so its very hot throughout the day.

Our stay was just amazing - the location of the apartment is very central, and it was easy to get everywhere from there. The metro lines are as well close. There is a grocery shop right by the building which is also very convenient. The apartment was very clean, with all the kitchen and bathroom appliances. The host is very nice and responsive, and we were provided with all the guidance on how to find the apartment and city recommendations. Thank you for a beautiful stay, can only give my best recommendations!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It felt very secure and gave us everything we needed for a week in Budapest. It’s within easy reach of all public transport and many of the key sites are an easy walk away. We’d recommend visiting The Terror House for anyone interested in history.
