Theatre, cinema, museum harbour, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. It is a non-smoking pet home. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin and Wismar and Rostock are 30-45 minutes by car.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Wabi Sabi Cottage I at Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably built for the teacher in 1815. It contains a bedroom, another bedroom under the roof (can only be booked in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom under the roof, you can onlyreach a steep staircase. The chamber is heatable via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.
