'Biliga' is close to the beach, cafes and the small village of Tuross . It is a quaint 1930's cottage. The house is light and airy, surrounded by bird life and within easy walking distance of the beach. Good for couples, singles and families (with well behaved children). Great for a beach holiday, golf, fishing, swimming, walking, cycling, and / or relaxing. An inspiring house for writers and painters needing a place to create. Not suitable for parties, large groups or school leavers events.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade.
