What I can't find anywhere else is the view of the sea. Imagine lying on the bed or sofa and having, from the balcony, the blue color of the sea, it seems like you are in Venice, but without buildings that cover the view, with the water touching the edge of the balcony. An optical effect of perspective that is admirable, not only by architects accustomed to avant-garde designs. The simple, sober style, but complete in its basic components, makes it a comfortable place for long and short stays. The position of the building "Morros City" by Epic, stands out not only for the design and its Graffiti of geometric shapes on the façade, but also for its position in a key point of the city. The intersection between Carrera 1 and Calle 9 is an ideal location to enjoy the center's modern part and be a few minutes walk from the "Walled City" awarded as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The advantage of the location of the building is added to that of being on the 7th floor, which means easy access to the beach and the social area where you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Possibility of parking the car and in just a few seconds reaching the apartment floor. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels for our guests. It is possible to request up to 3 single beds, adding a crib for babies, in which case we accept up to 4 guests. It is possible to make the beds into a "Queen" size double bed and the sofa bed can also be a single bed.
