“This place is a perfect, isolated get-away. My husband and I absolutely LOVED it. We were only there for 4 days, I could have easily stayed another week. It was so nice to REALLY get away from it all. The hosts were great; they were very responsive to any questions I had and were kind enough to touch base with me during the stay to see how it was going. I would love to go back and stay again. No complaints at all - just a couple tips for future guests: 1- READ through the arrival directions in ADVANCE!! My husband and I expected to get there much earlier than we did (we landed in Cancun at noon and figured it would still be daylight)... one thing lead to another and it was dark when we arrived. Read through the directions before you get to Tulum, and most importantly, START YOUR CAR'S ODOMETER when the directions tell you to! 2 - Other reviews have said this, but I'll say it again. INSECT REPELLENT. A lot of it (not just one spray can - I would get at least 3 if you're there for a week). Not the weak stuff, either. I'm all about environmentally friendly stuff, which I had, and it did NOT cut it. You need industrial strength deet - the kind that also repels stinging flies (not just mosquitos). And have it ready to spray on you when you arrive! Note - stinging bugs and mosquitos are NOT everywhere - only as the sun starts going down, at night, and in the wee hours of morning. Bonus tip: Put it on your feet before you sleep. I was unaware anything was even in the room and I woke up eaten alive and extremely itchier. 3. Snorkeling - yes, there's a reef off the coast, yet its 750 meters away (that's more than 7 football fields!). It's not close at all and you can barely see the waves breaking in the distance where the reef is. If you're going to try and swim out there, bring a life jacket and fins. There are some coral-like rocks pretty close to the shoreline that are pretty cool to look at, as well. Ask one of the locals on the beach where to find it. 4. After you pass through Tulum, you'll be on a dirt road and will be stopped in order to pay the fee to enter the biosphere. They will ask you how many days you are staying, and will charge you for however many days YOU tell them. 5. I think this goes without saying, but stop at the grocery store before you head to the house. The house will have all your basic necessities (salt, pepper, various other condiments/spices, flour, cooking oil, tea, and a bunch of other stuff) - which is super nice.”

“We had an excellent 7 day stay at this lovely villa. The host was wonderful and so was the staff taking care of our every day needs. We wanted to have a nice relaxing getaway and our host surpassed our expectations. From delivering booze during our quarantined hours, to guiding us to the best hotspots around town, to getting a personal masseuse. The local restaurants (within walking distance) are amazing, Tulum beach was superb - car rental or scooter is needed as the beach is within a 10-15 minute car ride. Is a secluded area in La Veleta that adds privacy for those who want to either party or have a nice relaxing vacation. We have nothing but great things to say about this place and will definitely book again.”

The ideal place to enjoy wonderful moments while discovering the mystical and natural wonders of Tulum. Covered parking and 3 bicycles included. The neighborhood offers coffee shops with freshly baked bread and exquisite coffee, healthy food restaurants, a natural and organic food supermarket, yoga shalas and spas.
“This space is beautiful and spacious with lots of bright natural light, yet shades can be drawn to get some much needed sleep. The property did have a couple downsides with a sink that would not drain when we needed the 2 bathrooms and extra blankets for the beds would be a bonus just to make it more comfortable. But these couple of things were far made up for by the comfortable beds and above and beyond hospitality of Andres and Alberto. This property is more in town than near the beaches but it the drive is not far to beaches.”
