The house between the fir trees awaits you on Moasei Valley (Sebesu de Sus village, Racovita commune, 25 km from Sibiu). the cottage consists of a living room with an extendable sofa, a dining place + an equipped kitchen, a sink and a stove, and upstairs a sleeping space with 3 beds. The cottage is powered off grid (12V current - indoor, outdoor lighting, USB sockets) and running water (cold and hot - depends on the sun). The toilet is ecological. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower. It is suitable for 2 families or a group of 6-8 friends.

Tiny House The Island - ElysianFields

The tiny house is on an elevated platform and that's why it is called `The Island'. From your bed you'll have the best views of the Transylvanian hills. Inside the tiny you will see that it has a lot to offer! A fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals, a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower and a cozy bed with a stunning view. A peaceful retreat built for lazy mornings, warm light, quiet evenings and discreet comfort. The design combines natural wood, soft textures and carefully chosen details in a cottage luxury atmosphere — simple, calm and authentic. Each space has been designed for privacy and relaxation: cosy bedrooms, large windows overlooking nature, reading corners, ambient lighting and a separate kitchen that completes the experience of a private retreat and the feeling that time is slowing down a little.

The apartment is part of a traditional transylanian farmhouse, with a private entryway. The rooms are freshly restored and offer a cozy and calm ambiance. Breakfast is included and consists of delicious, organic and local ingredients, most of them actually being produced on the farm, that you are welcome to visit. Farm to table dinner is available as well, upon request beforehand (at least two days before arrival). We make equisite cheese, butter, charcuterie and other delicious treats.

Linistea Muntilor Chalet - Two-Bedroom Chalet

This is our first chalet, built in 2021. It has a Swedish inspired architecture, with modern finishing and very bright interiors. The front terrace has an astounding overview of the entire Fagaras Moutains ridge and just in front of the terrace, 5m away, there is the lake. Inside there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Outside the bedrooms there is a open-space kitchen and dining area with view towards the moat and the lake. The hot tub is available but not included.

The space is comfortable and well-organised, with a cosy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and a parking space – everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Just outside, you'll find lively little streets, cosy cafés and the city's most beautiful places to visit. This is the perfect place to explore Sibiu at your own pace and enjoy every moment.

The apartment is located in a very quiet but also accessible area, being right on the outskirts of Sibiu. The apartment is part of our property but with a completely separate entrance and courtyard. It's 10 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes away is Prima Shopping Center, Kaufland, Jumbo, etc. Both the mountains and the city view bring a calm and relaxing atmosphere to the home. The apartment is suitable for families/groups of up to 6 people.

Enjoy an unforgettable visit to this unique home with breakfast included .The use of the sauna or tub is chargeable . The tour with the ATVs is done by prior appointment preferably the day before (for a fee) The cottage is equipped with a mini kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes. There is no possibility to cook or barbecue at this cottage.
