Holiday rentals with beach access in Bluewaters Island

Had a comfortable stay felt as home thanks to wonderful host, Sarah. It’s a great place for a large family to stay. The flat is spacious, well-maintained and clean, and it’s conveniently located for visiting tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment located in the heart of the Dubai Marina area. Everything was beyond expectations! The location is great – very close to the beach, in this time close to a lot of varied restaurants, cafes and shops, pharmacies, etc. Basically it is located in the Dubai Marina Walk promenade area ( ideal for evening walks). You have everything you need at your fingertips. Near to public transportation. ( Example DMCC metro station) The apartment is very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The design is modern and welcoming and the view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. In the morning you can have coffee on the comfortable sofa in the balcony. The host was extremely kind, attentive and easy to reach. Communication was fast and clear and check in went smoothly. We really appreciated Omar's professionalism and hospitality. THANKS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐( more than Google lets me😉)

We had a truly exceptional stay at Amal’s apartment. The place is even better than the photos: spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking — you can see both the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa, which makes the experience even more unique and unforgettable. The location is calm and ideal, right on the Palm, with private beach access that truly elevated our stay. We loved spending time by the pool and on the beach, where we were lucky enough to spot pharaoh cuttlefish and leopard rays — a magical moment for our family. Amal was an outstanding host — warm, attentive, and always available to help or answer any questions. Her hospitality really made us feel at home from the very first moment. This was our third time in Dubai, but our first time staying on the Palm, and it completely changed the way we see the city. Thank you, Amal, for everything.

The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The attention to detail in every aspect of the space made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Despite being in a central area, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful stay. Great apartment in a great location. All amenities you need are provided. Local supermarkets a short walk away. Great beach and a great pool onside. You can feel at home very easily.

We had a relaxing time with the whole family, a big plus of the villa is a private beach, the house had everything the host of the house and his team are very responsive. Thank you, we will come again

The villa was perfect for what we needed it for. Easy access to the desert beautiful early morning walks, pool area was very nice and the community was friendly. Do be aware of where the villa is geographically and make sure you understand that there is a commute into Dubai.

Overall we had a wonderful family holiday staying in this villa. It is very well situated, and equipped, has a gorgeous beach and is very private and comfortable with a lot of space. Unfortunately we had a few issues with things in the villa being broken. However, whatever was in Propr’s power to fix was done immediately Worth noting that the pool is not heated/chilled. We have rented through Propr a few times and their services is always great - very responsive and friendly - and would highly recommend them. Daniel in particular is extremely helpful.

Michael is a superb host, seamless stay, all as described, great communication and super location close to all amenities. Will be back in January 2026 and will use Michael again, highly recommend, professional host.

Great stay overall! The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very responsive to any questions or requests. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beachfront and close to some amazing restaurants. The only downside was the WiFi, which tended to drop when going to the upstairs bedrooms. If that could be improved, it would be a perfect stay. Still, I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

We had - for the third time- a wonderful time in Amin‘s beautiful and spacious apartment on the 53rd floor with a great view. This time we were blessed not only to see a gorgeous sunrise from our balcony but also a colorful sunset. Amin is a great and flexible host and always just a text away. It always feels like coming home to Dubai and Amin‘s cosy apartment. Thank you dear Amin for being such a great and caring host !

Great choice for relaxation.

Very nice apartment in a very private area with private beach, pool, gym. Area is nice and calm albeit not a great deal in the area itself but main upside is the facilities and the beach. There is an excellent cafe just below called six which is a great lunch spot. For more interesting restaurants which are dotted around Dubai it is easy to get a taxi or uber. No shops nearby from what I could find but again easy get things delivered. Will stay again next time in Dubai

It's near the metro station and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor that is open 24 hours which is convenient.

Sadikas apartment was perfect for a great stay in Dubai clean and tidy with all you need. The location only a few yards from the beautiful Marina was ideal. Sadika was a great host with quick and friendly communication I would definitely recomend and will be back again soon

Apartment exactly as described. Location is excellent with a bakers, a supermarket and a pharmacy within very short walk. Swimming pools in complex are excellent and not over-used. Taxi pick-ups easy and fast. Quick access to Beach Road, downtown. Information from host was excellent. Unreservedly recommended
