Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or other people's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. However, during the holiday season, we prefer longer stays. You can use our jacuzzi and sauna – these are options that are subject to an additional fee.
