We had a wonderful stay in Ulm. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend Melanie‘s apartment Seepferdchen.

We had a nice short break in Ulm and Marco's accommodation of course contributed to it. Cosily furnished, very modern and clean. Beautiful kitchen, toilet and bathroom separate, which is practical and with very comfortable beds. The location is very good for exploring Ulm! The communication was great, Marco sent us clear instructions for hassle-free check-in. Parking around the apartment is chargeable, but there are also parking garages in the immediate vicinity with night rates or, if you want to park a little longer, about 10 minutes on foot, there are also some free parking spaces, but they are very popular. We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

This is a wonderful place with the unique charm of a very old timber-frame house in a great location in the Fischerviertel and close to the Danube. I loved staying there, and Caroline is very nice. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

The apartment is freshly renovated and stylishly furnished; there is also a lot going on in the center of the village itself: ice cream parlor, cafe house, old brewery and a large adventure playground!

Successful holiday with small group

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!

Had a very nice stay. The children loved the garden and had a wonderful time playing in it. Nice cottage in use, everything available. It's great that there are shutters everywhere! Lots to do in the area and Legoland is a nice distance away. The only disadvantage of the area is the many speed cameras. Contact with Sonja and Jürgen positive, they are friendly and helpful. In short; recommended!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, lovingly decorated and located in a great location. You can tell that there is a lot of passion in it – from the stylish outdoor area to the perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need (including olive oil, salt, etc.). Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there, you can look over it and clean it. But all in all it was very nice and we will come back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great holiday and the beautiful apartment.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Angelika in person, and we received a good briefing, especially on the many functionalities of the bathroom exhibition. But also the recommendation of where to eat or what activities to do was passed on. What we also liked very much was that there were some fresh fruits nicely served on a plate. The variety was also convincing. Overall, it was two beautiful days.
