Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Beresford on Lower Herring Lake

The Beresford was renovated in 2015 and has its own 55 ft. of Lakefront, dock, and rowboat. Lower Herring Lake is an all sports lake with a gradual change in depth for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy incredible sunsets. Sleeps 6-8. Queen BR main level, 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen in one & twin beds in the other. Two rollaway comfy cots as well. Bath on each level. Full kitchen, fireplace, flatscreen with DVD player, washer/dryer, gas grill, fire pit & WIFI. No smoking, no pets.

Main bedroom has a full-size bed & half bath. There's a twin-size bedroom and a brand-new queen sofa bed w/mattress topper in living room. Plus, fully stocked kitchen.

A short 200 foot walk up the hill into the woods from your parking spot, this rustic site makes you feel as if you are in the middle of the forest. Water spigot, fire pit with cooking grate and picnic table on your site, and 12v solar power pack to provide lighting and USB charging of your devices. THERE IS NO 110 VOLT POWER AT THIS SITE.
