Beautiful little typical chalet with local decoration, trolls of all kinds. A magnificent view of the fjord from the bedroom balcony. Everything you need to cook. A lovely place to recommend.

Beautiful location and Randi was a great host. She shared some nice hiking recommendations that were tailored to our family and was thoughtful about making sure we had everything we needed for our baby. A great spot for families!

This was the second time we went to Helle Gård and the place definitely lived up to our expectations this time as well. It's an incredibly beautiful place and the place is as authentic as you can get it. It is very well suited for families or for people like us who were a large group of friends! We would gladly came back again!

Very hospitable and cozy host. Service beyond what can (and should) be expected. Cozy little house with good beds and bed linen, nice little garden. No traffic noise. Relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay. Small minus; the kitchen is not suitable for cooking of a particular size. If you're just going to boil, that's fine.

Thor Ann was so kind- we felt like we were being welcomed into a friend's home. He gave us a thorough tour of the house and answered all of our questions. Prior to coming he also answered questions about the logistics of our stay (where to find an EV charger, where to get lunch before our ferry tour). The house itself was so cozy- we truly felt at home. We were able to do laundry and dry it on the back deck. We LOVED the view from the second bedroom and the living area. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed in Anna’s place for 3 days while I visited Jotunheimen National Park. It is a beautifully decorated space with all the possible amenities you could ever need. The sauna is an added bonus. The outdoor seating area is also a wonderful place to relax and see some sheep. The location is near tons of local trails and places to explore. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Jo's apartment. It is a nice space that is bigger than it looks in the photos. Serene countryside location which is walking distance to hiking trails and a very short drive to town. We stayed two nights but wish we had stayed for longer! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at the cozy and beautiful basement at Liv Trine's in Lom. We stayed there for three nights and enjoyed the beautiful view of Lom. We took nice day trips in the area and enjoyed ourselves very much. Liv Trine and Vidar are kind and easy to talk to. We will definitely come back – and then it will be for a longer period! Very nice accommodation. It was exactly as described and perfect for the size of our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). It is on the first (and last) floor of a small building with 4 flats. The (large) living room is joined with the kitchen and gives towards the covered terrace which offers a direct view on the ski slopes . Kitchen is well equipped, with all what you need to cook, and even a waffle machine. There is also an entrance sas with a storage room that is very useful for the skis. We really appreciated the sauna after our ski outings. The cross-country tracks go just by the other side of the road, so we could start our tours from home directly at skis. Access to the lake by foot is easy and fast, which enabled us to see the northern lights! In total, we had a very pleasant stay at Lemonsjøen and we could discover a bit of Norway in winter and explore the northern Jotunheimen with our skis. We warmly recommend this accommodation!

Jeanette was a great host. Communication was prompt, friendly and very accommodating. We (2 parents + infant + dog) were passing through this accommodation for 3 nights. We would always recommend the place to friends and come back ourselves. Thank you for the great time! You've contributed to our great honeymoon!

We visited Amund's place as a class traveling around Norway from Minnesota. Half of us stay here and half of us stayed at nearby Airbnb. Because of the openness of the space, we use this one as a meeting house for cooking and had our group meals here. There was more than enough room for the 14th of us While eating and the half of the class that stayed here really enjoyed having some space to themselves after traveling around together for a couple weeks. It was off-season, but the quiet and the trails nearby were highlights for sure.
