Villa Viktoria is a large, luxurious design house by the sea. It´s just 50 m from the water, and comes with a private (40 m) section of the sand beach. Reachable by car. Villa Aurora offers quality accommodation for max. 5 people in the historic Merikruunu area. The villa was completed in 2022 and is fully equipped with modern facilities. In the villa you will find a well-equipped kitchen with e.g. induction cooker and furniture oven. Dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Hurmaava ullakkoasunto puutaloalueella

Turun kauneimmaksi kehutulla kadulla sijaitseva Ateljee 28 sopii niin laiskotteluun ja nautiskeluun kuin työskentelyyn. Vuonna 1928 rakennetun puurivitalon yläkerran 28-neliöinen yksiö on muunnettu kolmen asuttavaksi viihtyisäksi pesäksi. Ateljee 28 on omistajaparin vapaa-ajanasunto ja etätyöateljee, joka on sisustettu rakkaudella valituilla ja perinnöksi saaduilla vintage- ja design-aarteilla. Yksityiskohtia syleilevä remontti on valmistunut 1.7.2024.

Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää.
