Had great stay here for several months, Ben and his staff were always responsive and helpful for situations that came up. The apartment building is located in very safe neighborhood, with walkable restaurants and stores nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, with strong wifi, I highly recommend.

it was a beautiful, clean little place too small for me for my expectations but I recommend 💯 for just one person. I didn't like where it was located and the parking other than that it was a good stay we only needed to sleep so it was ok.

I had an amazing stay here. They let me check in early and provided us with a free bottle of champagne and other snacks. the location was perfect walking distance to everything downtown. I really appreciate the hospitality they provided and I would not hesitate to book here again.

I believe this listing stands out from the others on the property due to the location & attention to detail. Unit location: Three buildings in the property, located in the middle of the property meaning equal distance to both pools on site. Beach access entry location only steps away. The view of the beach was nice too. Kitchen supplies: She thought of it all in terms of utensils, dishes, cookware, and coffee maker supplies. Beach accessories: Lawn chairs also provided to take down to the beach - very thoughtful touch. Sleep: The beds were very comfortable, slightly firm but also plush. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Alice's place was perfect for our family, with children! It was minimal in the best way ever, but offered everything you would need! I find traveling with children that sometimes there is too much for the little to get into, but not the case here!! The board games available kept them busy!! We will definitely be staying again! Thank you Alice for a perfect weekend!!

The place was nice and wide open. We had someone in a wheelchair with us and they were able to get through ALL doorways with ease. Bedrooms were more spacious than expected. AC worked great and there were extra fans in every room. We are already planning our stay for next year!

Great place. Perfect place to bring a boat. Large covered area to back the boat into and charge up for the night. Place was immaculate. Caught a lot of fish while there. Will stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for 2 weeks. The hosts were incredibly responsive, clear and proactive with communication. Any minor inconveniences that happened were quickly addressed and resolved. The Airbnb was very spacious, the WiFi was perfect, AC worked wonderfully, the place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very safe. We were just a few blocks away from the boardwalk which was a big deal for my husband and I as we love to run! We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again if we find ourselves in Corpus Christi again! Thank you Ryan and Jessica for being such pleasant hosts!

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an absolutely beautiful home on a beautiful location. Mark the host is fantastic. After a long journey from Colorado to a terrible b and b mark allowed us to book, literally an hour before we arrived and made every accommodation. The one time i needed to call he was very quick to respond and handle the situation. ( ac in the unit) the condo is just as described and the beach view was amazing. We went during the week and was not very crowded. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely book this again.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

It was the perfect get away for me and my daughter. Quiet at night. The kitchen was full of everything I needed to make dinner.
