Cozy, Luxury Apartment for a comfortable stay in the freshly made Elite House located in the city center. The house is striking both day and night. At night, the building shines very beautifully, can be seen even from a long distance. On the ground floor of the building, there is a 24/7 supermarket & pharmacy, GYM, beauty salons, bank. The apartment is very bright and comfortable with all amenities. The building is safe and guarded around the clock, there is also a playground on the territory.

It's a small, but cozy two-room apartment. All rooms are separate: a living room, one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Unfortunately, the building itself doesn't have an elevator. It might be difficult to lift heavier suitcases up to the fifth floor.
