Our house is located 2 km from the city center of Deggendorf at a slight altitude. The loosely built housing estate is located in the middle of the countryside without through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to enjoy a relaxing hike. The apartment with en-suite bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping roofs create a very cosy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy feel-good climate.
