Apartment at the back of the house in a '70s villa. Convenient location for visiting all of Puglia. Airport 10 minutes by taxi, Bari motorway 5 minutes by car. Public Transport: Bus stop to and from the city centre on the same block. Train station: 11 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. all within easy walking distance. It's not a B&B, it's a private flat at back of the house where my family and I live (according to Italian law: short term rental).

Suitable for those who love relaxation, couples and families.

Just 1.5 km from the center, Torre Gigliano was built in the 12th century at the foot of the Murge plateau, surrounded by an expanse of olive trees in the countryside of Ruvo di Puglia, a town rich in history. Used as a watchtower and astronomical observatory, the residence is enriched by a one-of-a-kind and extraordinarily beautiful stone spiral staircase. The fruits of a small organic vegetable garden and orchard are available to guests depending on the current season.

Independent apartment in Modugno, available for short stays for tourist use. Fully furnished, it is ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and autonomy. The accommodation is delivered clean at check-in, with linen and towels provided upon arrival. Conveniently located for Bari Airport and for getting to Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano and Monopoli. The apartment can only be reached by private vehicle. No public transport services are available in the area.

The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful rural area, 15 minutes from the capital of Puglia and 20 minutes from the sea. The apartment is on the first floor with stairs. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). N.B.: The swimming pool can be used from June to September. There are a couple of caretakers in the villa, and my parents are in different apartments.
