Nos ha encantado la estancia con Aitor ! Nos quedamos sin batería y no habíamos podido contactarle y el siempre estuvo atento y preocupado por nuestra llegada y toda nuestra estancia. El lugar muy amplio, muy limpio y en una excelente ubicación! Esperamos volver pronto !

Le logement correspondait à la description. Très bien situé, en plein coeur du centre historique, idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Un peu bruyant le soir, ce qu'est prévisible connaissant l'emplacement. José a été très réactive et disponible. Nous sommes charmés pas la région et comptons d'y revenir.

La pensión está en una muy buena zona del centro, se llega super rápido y fácil con el metro. Las indicaciones para poder entrar y de como llegar son muy buenas, la pensión es muy cómoda, el único punto negativo que le veo es que el edificio no tiene ascensor, pero por todo lo demás mis dieces

I enjoyed staying here. The location is fantastic. Jose is nice and helpful. It was very clean and completely quiet in the morning and during the day. There is no AC and that is no problem at all. I didn't need one. There is a cool terrace so you can lean out and check out the street. There are two bathrooms for several people but there was never an issue with waiting. The challenge are the stairs because it's a long way up and it was very dark one night. Also, if you're there on a Friday and Saturday night and you mind the sounds of people enjoying nightlife, this may not be the spot for you. I used white noise and that pretty much took care of it.

Jose was a great host. We actually met Jose on the day of check in due to a slight confusion, and he was very helpful in getting everything sorted. Would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in the Old Town. The airbnb is close to many amenities and is in a great location. We would stay here again.

es war sehr angenehm vor ort, alles war sehr sauber. die kommunikation mit ainara lief ausschließlich über whats app ab und war sehr nett mit schnellen antworten! würde ich wieder hin!

Our stay with Ainara was great. The facilities and the room were very clean, Ainara was super friendly in providing lots of local recommendations for a group of travelers that had never been to Bilbao. Tea and coffee were served for free which was an added plus, and other guests were also very friendly. The common area was also spacious and nicely decorated, and locks were available for lockers should you arrive without one. Great value.
