The place exactly matches the listing, the condominium is very safe. It is a little bit far from the center but it depends on your need, I loved having air in the living room is very comfortable

It was a reservation just for sleeping, so it was all right, it's as described, João is very communicative and explained a lot about everything. Everything was new, clean and tidy, he even left us utensils, he even thought of soap, I thought it was cute lol

Staying at Iris's house was an amazing experience! She is super attentive, helpful and welcomed us very well from the beginning. The house is impeccable, extremely clean, well cared for and very cozy. You can see the affection and care in every detail. I was in town for a wedding and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The house has everything we need, it is comfortable, organized and conveys a lot of peace. Iris' hospitality makes all the difference, she really cares about making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. I felt at home the whole weekend. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place with an amazing host. If I go back to the city, I'll definitely stay here again!

The accommodation in Lucas's apartment was flawless. Great location, the apartment was super neat and well-equipped with everything that was needed for a good stay. Lucas was a great host, responded very quickly and gave me even tips on where to eat breakfast. No doubt it was worth it.

Third time staying at Lucas' Lofts, like the other times, I LOVED IT!! Everything is done with practicality in mind, what I like most besides the comfort and impeccable cleanliness, is the location and ease of ordering ifood, very practical and close, when I wanted to make food, in addition to having everything I needed to cook, there is the best market in the city at the end of the street in addition to the best and largest pharmacy in the city too… you can walk! The only serious problem I have to note is that after we stay there, we don't want to stay in apartments with doormen and all their bureaucracies because the lofts are much more private, practical and quiet! I'll be back more often, I found that it's no wonder they're the best rated in town.

Mr. Rodney was very helpful and friendly, he answered messages promptly and always helped me with everything I needed. The house is clean, has essential utensils for long stays, it was very clean and fragrant. The location is great, there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, snack bar, all very close. I loved the stay. I hope to return!

Super attentive, tidy and very beautiful house, full service

Paula and her mother Angela were very welcoming and helpful. They provided us with extra blankets on the coldest days. I 100% recommend hosting. The house is super cozy and private. The shower with external heating is very good.
