In the living room there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Spices and oils, coffee and tea are at your leisure. Our 30 m² apartment is located on a quiet side street in Lorch Waldhausen. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated (April 2025). Free parking is available on the street. Public transport connections with services (VVS) to Stuttgart, Schorndorf, or Schwäbisch Gmünd, which runing every half hour. The region is also perfect for hiking and cycling. The geographical center of the River "Rems" is located in the town.

Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.
