Petit studio tout équipé sur terrain des propriétaires dans un joli petit village médiéval avec un magnifique château. Notre maison est juste à côté mais nous sommes assez discrets et nous respectons la tranquillité de nos voyageurs. Village et petits commerces de bourg accessibles à pieds . The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Breakfast (included in the nightly price) will be offered either in the studio or on the private terrace reserved for rent with a superb view. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
