I stayed here a few days with my family and we were very satisfied. The most positive aspects were friendly and responsive communication, time flexibility, and overall availability. The place itself was nice and as described. Recommended!

Charming apartment with easy access, well-equipped, in the area everything is a stone's throw away to do its little shopping. The beach is a 10 minute walk too.

We had an unforgettable stay with the family in this superb authentic, typically Tunisian house, by the sea. The space is vast, ideal for children, and the garden, both sea and pool side, is a real asset! The house is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, it feels at home. The proximity to the beach and the sea view have made this vacation a real paradise. For food lovers, everything is planned to treat your loved ones (wood-fired oven, barbecue, artisanal terracotta bread oven and a fully equipped kitchen). The kids took full advantage of the space and garden to play basketball and rollerblading. Thank you to our host Mohamed and his assistant present on site for his warm welcome and availability. We will come back without hesitation!

A perfect stay at Nabil's! His father picked me up and took me back to the airport, a real plus. He's adorable and we had a good chat during the journey. Nabil and his father are very responsive and give excellent advice. The accommodation is spacious, clean and in a good location in the city center. It matches the listing perfectly. The bed is very comfortable, and the living room/kitchen spacious and very pleasant despite the absence of an oven, which did not bother me at all. Security level, no complaints: the police station right next door is reassuring. Everything is within walking distance: the souk is 2 minutes away, the beach is not far, car rental station is not even 10 minutes away to visit the surroundings and the atmosphere of the neighborhood is great. I would 100% recommend it for the hospitality, location and comfort! An excellent place for a successful stay!!

It was a lovely stay in a clean and comfortable house! Good location near a good beach and close to everything you need. Felt safe and secure with locked gate and guard. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location, a short walk from the marina and beach with access to a nearby swimming pool. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Hammamet, you will find within walking distance. We highly recommend Khaoula’s apartment, she was very helpful and the communication was great.

Very good stay. The apartment is as indicated ( air conditioning and tv in all rooms). Residence swimming pool accessible with map and supervised. Map giving access to umbrellas on the beach (5 min walk). Very good location, 5 mins by car from Carthage land. Mr AZIZ was very welcoming, accompanied us to the pool and beach as soon as we arrived, to show us the accesses. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for your welcome ☺️

I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Oualid and Maria, who hosts on site, are people of incredible kindness. Oualid is very responsive, available and accommodating, his sister Maria who welcomed us with his adorable dad did what was necessary to ensure that the stay went smoothly. The accommodation is very comfortable , very well located, all amenities are close by. Many activities next door (parachute, pirate boats, quad, carriage, carthage land... It is always comfortable to stay with you, a clean, safe and tidy apartment, for me now a second home. Surrounding area with local restaurants and shops. Ahmed is always present and caring, available for any advice or needs. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon.

Raja was very welcoming, the place was clean and tidy. I’d definitely book the place again whenever I go to hammamet or nabeul. The area is calm and active at the same time. You have access to almost everything (shops, cafes and bars)

As always, Jalel's apartment was wonderful! Jalel is always very responsible and flexibel, and I feel right at home in his apartment. There were flowers and candy waiting for us when we arrived, and the fridge is always stocked with milk, eggs and water. Highly recommend!
