Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Billerica

Airbnb was in a great neighborhood. We felt at home. Very clean and close to Boston n Salem. We would definitely stay here again.

This was without a doubt the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). The host Lisa was very communicative. The Airbnb was the most well stocked Airbnb I've ever seen: Full pantry of snacks, a well-stocked kitchen cabinet with every appliance you can think of, and even a full basket of toiletries just in case you forgot something. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the furniture high quality. The bathroom was simply stunning, with a bathtub complete with bath salts, and an electronic shower with jets on the walls too! The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The neighborhood around the house is very peaceful and walkable. However, be warned that it is not well connected to Boston via public transit compared to other locations. I would recommend this place to someone with access to a car. Nevertheless, this was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended for a nice getaway!

This place was perfect for my weekend trip to my hometown. It was actually one block away from my old apartment! The location is close to two bus lines that run frequently and take you into Harvard Square, which provides easy access to the rest of the T. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. You have to call the host for check-in and I prefer self check-in, but that is the only thing I didn't love. The host was responsive and friendly so it wasn't a big deal. The parking spot is awesome and a huge plus for the Boston area I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked the sign welcoming us to The Cozy Corner. It felt warm and inviting. Steve and Melanie were very communicative and always responded. Apartment was warm and within a half hour of asking Steve about AC, he was there to put it in. Very close to many attractions and walking trails. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

Erin's studio was absolutely beautiful. quiet, and centrally located to everything.. Itwas immaculately clean. and well stocked. The neighborhood was perfect for an afternoon stroll to take in the gorgeous landscape. Would definitely return and stay again

Thank you Brian and Carolyn! They greeted us as we arrived and were always proactive in communicating if we needed anything, to let them know. But they also gave us our privacy and we just loved how kind they were. The place was so relaxing & very easy to get around. We attended a concert at Gillette Stadium and it was very easy to navigate to while being close to Boston (and we took a day in Salem), but without being right in the hustle of Boston. What a cute town! They gave us local recommendations and we would stay again in a heartbeat. The bed was very comfy, the place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. We appreciate it so much and will be back! Most definitely I recommend booking with them if you have the chance.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

This was the perfect spot for us to make home for a few days. Super clean and organized with a thoughtfully-stocked kitchen and bathroom and plenty of room to keep our things. The bed was super comfy and the neighborhood is quiet - we slept well, and woke up to lovely birdsong. The apartment felt really private. There are some cool places to explore a short drive (or walk!) away, including Garden in the Woods and the McAuliffe branch of the Framingham Public Library and plenty of shopping and dining options not too far away. We especially loved getting takeout from Saxonville Burrito, but we also cooked quite a few meals "at home." Highly recommend! The only thing to be aware of is that there is a fairly long, somewhat steep set of stairs to get into the apartment - railings on both sides and perfectly safe, but might be a lot for anyone with mobility issues.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s place. It has everything a family needs for a few days or extended stay. Alyssa was extremely proactive and helpful, offered flexible check-in/check out and gave great local recommendations. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighborhood has lots to walk to and explore and is easy to get into Boston and around the area. Highly recommend!

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

Devs place was very clean and plenty of room for our group of 7. There is a little noise from tenants above you but nothing terrible. There are places to eat and things to do within walking distance. I would stay with Dev again.

We cannot praise Mimi and Manny highly enough. The place was beautiful, with every amenity needed to feel at home. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and charming. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit was spacious, clean, easy to find, easy to check in, and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the front porch. We stayed for three nights, and our every need was met. Highly recommend both the place, and the hosts, for anyone needing to stay in the area.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable place with deck where our dogs could be outside with us while we enjoyed the weather and a glass of wine. Kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Also, Starbucks was just a short walk. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The college was also a short walk where our pups could enjoy some green space. There is a park by the beach which is also a short walk, it was a little harder to get there because one must cross a busy street but, well worth it, once you got there. Downtown was a bit of a hike but, again well worth it once you were there and you did not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.

This place was beautiful inside. It fit our family of 7 comfortably and everyone had enough space. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Location was great for us and close to all of our destinations. Only issue was parking. Very hard to find a spot later in the evenings. Other then that I would definitely stay here again.
