At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs and the sheep are all there to help you unwind for a while in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip.
