Jo’s place is just magical! We loved the amazing views of the ocean from the deck. The house was so clean, tidy and spacious. We had the most wonderful weekend here. Jo put so much thought and attention to detail into the home for us. We felt so comfortable and welcome. Could not recommend Jo’s place more!

George was at all times responsive, ensuring an easy, stress-free stay. The property was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful long weekend with our adult children. The location is spectacular. The house is cozy, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The host was excellent and very responsive. Thoroughly recommend. We hope to be back.

This house was better than we expected. There was a plenty of room for all of us, everyone got their perfect room. The beach access could not have been more excellent. There was a heater in the front room which was lively this time of year, the location was awesome as well. There were many coffee shops within walking distance. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable. It was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at David's space in Mermaid Beach. The location was perfect, less than a 1min walk from the beach and a 10min walk to the heart of Broadbeach where there are restaurants and plenty of activities. The private pool was a lovely bonus that we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy due to some bad weather. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would stay again!

Helen’s place was truly a home away from home. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and light filled rooms. Everything was clean. The beach towels were an awesome addition. Great location. We will be returning!

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Great stay for our group. Lovely space to be indoors while it was raining…sad to miss the pool as the space outdoors looks great. The house is easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Would reccommend!

Ash’s place was fantastic to stay at. It was big enough so all the girls could get ready for the wedding, but still felt cosy enough to snuggle up with each other and watch a movie at the end of the night. Ash was really friendly, and very responsive :)

Such a beautiful house in the perfect location. We had a group of 8 but as the house was so spacious we weren’t on top of each other. The backyard was great, my son had lots of space to crawl and play in the grass. Jennie was really fast on her responses. Very clear instructions on how to get into house. Would 100% book again!

We loved our stay at Lisa's for a girls weekend. It was the perfect location being so close to many beautiful bars and restaurants, and still in a nice quiet cul de sac. The house was perfect with plenty of space to gather, and the heated pool and spa were awesome. Lisa was a great host and very accommodating for our groups additional requests.

We had a wonderful stay with our two young boys. The space was well thought out with plenty to do and great amenities. The location is excellent and the hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at this home marked our first holiday with our first child (now 8 months old) It was a daunting experience when we tried to go on holiday for the first time as we were worried about a new environment. This home made it so easy. From the Aircon, the Portacot and High Chair, great curtains in the bedroom to make it nice and dark. We are so happy with our choice to stay here. The home is very spacious and has everything you need from the open plan kitchen/living to the media room and pool. The garden shed even has bikes, boards and toys that can be used. I highly recommend staying here and will be planning to do so in the future.

We can where for a family trip where we had multi generations all staying together. This house was perfect! When I say this house had EVERYTHING thought of for children I am not exaggerating! You literally could just turn up with kids and know you are sorted. From bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, lifejackets, pool and beach accessories all the way to kids cutlery and plates they really thought of everything. We had an amazing afternoon using the 10 bikes to go on a family bike ride to Cabarita. We had our youngest rider at 14 months and oldest at 73! My husband took a surf board and had a surf at the other end while we played with the kids under the beach umbrella. Do yourself a favour and stay here it was heavenly! Thanks Kate, you’ve done an amazing job.

We had a great weekend away at Mel’s place! It was really spacious and the pool area was beautiful. Interiors were stunning as well. The only feedback I’d have was that the kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked - not a lot of glassware, no cocktail shaker etc. and there were no condiments (other than salt, pepper and olive oil). Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at Tiffany’s home around our wedding and it could not have been more perfect for us and our family. There was no detail spared and, quite frankly, had more homely touches than our own home! Walking distance to the beach, spacious and spotless home, beautiful spa and pool, and brilliant communication - all made for a wonderful stay. Amazing property, comfortable beds. Clean Bathrooms and Kitchen. The house is absolutely perfect, one of the best homes in the Goldcoast. So dreamy. My bridesmaids stayed here at Luana the night before the wedding and we also got ready here the morning of. Jodi left me a wedding present and a Bridal slippers. Thank you so much Jodi. Elleigh was a fantastic host & her home was very comfortable! The house was clean and very comfortable for our large family of 6! It was so good having 3 bathrooms when it came to getting our family ready to go out, or after big adventures. The shops were so close & convenient! Elleigh was very quick to respond to any messages we sent and she offered to get the pool serviced if it turned green from the massive amount of rain we got the first couple of days! I would absolutely stay with Elleigh again in the future for any stays.
