The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.
