Our house is located in Pınarbaşı village in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 WC, a living area (can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony on the ground floor, and 1 WC, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, one in the front and one in the back.

The flat is in middle of the city center. 1 minute by walking to sea side, bar street and all the shops in city center. You can get what you need in minutes here. Terrace and sea view from the terrace. There is one bedroom upstairs and one big couch in living room. Couch is also comfortable for 2 people to sleep.
