Area (Lake Powell) and 4 mins to Lone Rock beach (Lake Powell). 2 Primary king size suites & private bath incl. walk in shower and double vanity, plus 2 additional guest rooms and futon couch in LR. Great room - kitchen/ dining/ LR combined.

This is a newly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath with large backyard with hot tub and a large driveway for boat parking. You will enjoy all of the amenities and nice touches. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining and there is also outdoor deck seating for dining and BBQ. The beds are comfy and the living room is warm and inviting. Fastest high speed internet available in the area. it's also in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and a short walk to the Rim trail.

A spacious living area features high ceilings and large windows that invite natural light. A modern sectional sofa and vibrant chairs provide comfortable seating, while a round coffee table sits at the center. A large TV is mounted on the wall opposite the seating.

Powell Paradise! Wonderful lake view home!

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Perched above Powell with a wonderful view of The lake & mountains, with a nice porch with which to enjoy the view! We have an oversized 2 car garage, & room for a boat in the driveway. This is NOT the typical current day generic ABNB, this is our home. We work hard to make it feel like home! Kitchen is very well stocked. We are dog friendly, but we request a pet fee of $75 prior to your stay. please let us know that you have dogs at booking.

Great 2 bedroom home. Both with queen beds. 2 full bathrooms with shower and bathtubs, complete kitchen plus a washer and dryer. Upstairs living room. Couch and air mattress for additional sleeping. BBQ grill on side yard. Lots of parking for your boat or desert toys. Close to so much adventure. Horseshoe bend is less than 4 miles from home. Antelope canyon is less than 7 miles. Go kayak Lake Powell in minutes from this beautiful home. Peaceful quiet neighborhood, come see for yourself.

This house comfortably sleeps six & has all the amenity's you could want! Comfy beds & couch Chefs kitchen connected to outdoor patio with a weber bbq & dining table for 6.
