In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Enjoy a wooded retreat just minutes from Maine's stunning Fortune's Rocks beach. This newly constructed tiny home welcomes you for a memorable stay near the coast. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

#4 Vintage Cottage walk to the beach and Pier!

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.

Riverfront cabin between Portland & White Mtns.

Look out onto the always-changing Ossipee River from this cute little log cabin. Use our tandem kayak, or fish and swim from our dock. In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
